Liverdun

2015

From the campingsite in Liverdun there is a bright view on the small historical city and a realy impressiv view on the 'chateau de la Flie' on the other side of the river Mosel. The ocassion was unique so I started on the riverside to create a painting. During several hours on 2 days several people from Liverdun visited my location and did give comments and compliments.

This painting reflects the relaxed feelings in a farm in Normandie. Just take a seat and taste the applecider and some Normandic cheese.

cow Neufchatel en bray

2013

A cow in a French orchard with apple trees with blossum. That is the base for lovely small cheese in the model of a heart. These white hearts are worldfamous in the area around Neufchatel-en-bray in France. The painting is impressionistic, colorfull and French. It is based on my own experciences during several visits in this region.
